Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, please refer to the "Late or Missing Refunds" section below for further instructions.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unworn
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a discount or promotion on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

For items returned that do not meet our return policy requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct from your refund to cover the cost of restocking.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the refund before it appears in your account.

If you've checked with your financial institution and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly. Please have your order number and proof of purchase ready when contacting us about a missing refund.
